Configure Discount Lists In Microsoft Dynamics 365

Discount lists determine how you offer discounts to your customers based on the volume they purchase. Let’s understand more about discount lists.

Click Discount Lists under Product Catalog to see the list of discount lists available.

To open any Discount List, click on the Name or double click a record in the list. The record will open, and you can make changes and perform actions as per your requirements (provided you have sufficient permissions).

An example: Discount for the MB-300 certification preparation course for corporates. 

Minimum Participants – 5 Members.

There’s no need to define discount for the participants up to 5 because there’s no discount. So, we will configure discounts for participants 6-10 and more than 10 participants.

You can configure that under Discounts tab of a Discount List.

Add this discount list to the price list item.

You can test discounts by adding this product to an opportunity and change quantity to verify the discount offered.
